What You’ll Do
Build Your Sales Career
- Identify and connect with healthcare providers in your territory.
- Prospect for new opportunities and help grow GRL’s client base.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential accounts and convert them into active clients.
- Learn how to present medical services and solutions to healthcare professionals.
Develop Client Relationships
- Conduct in-person visits with physician offices and medical staff.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth start with GRL services.
- Build long-term relationships with providers and office teams.
- Provide ongoing updates about testing services and company programs.
Educate & Support Medical Offices
- Train clinic staff on specimen collection, shipping, and submission processes.
- Provide guidance on using the GENuine Portal and online requisition tools.
- Assist with supply management and ensure offices have what they need.
Collaborate With Internal Teams
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal support teams.
- Help resolve specimen, billing, or service questions.
- Participate in territory planning and sales strategy development.
Stay Compliant & Professional
- Follow company SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and industry compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity tracking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Biology, Business, Health Sciences, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and professionally in both clinical and field settings
