About this role
Through strategic partnerships with major retail stores, we host interactive in-store events and face-to-face promotions that increase brand awareness and help our clients connect directly with customers. In this role, you will work within retail locations throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, NM, engaging with customers, educating them on products and services ranging from wireless technology to home delivery solutions, and helping them find the best options to fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers while providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Promote current campaigns, promotions, and product offerings
- Represent client brands professionally through positive and engaging customer interactions
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
