Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are a growing, child-centered clinic providing high-quality occupational, speech, physical, and ABA therapy services. We support children with autism and other developmental differences in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the afternoons. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and essential life skills through play-based, evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental goals
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and clinical staff
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Louisiana OT license (or eligibility)
• Experience with pediatrics and/or autism preferred (new grads welcome!)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children and families
