Marketing and Content Internship

Overview

Paces Ferry Wealth Advisors is looking for a Growth Operations & Content Intern to work directly with the firm’s leadership team on content strategy, marketing systems, and lead generation.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to how a modern media-driven business turns content into real clients.

Our firm produces educational financial content across YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and social media. This role sits at the intersection of media production, marketing, analytics, and operations.

You will help support the full journey of a lead — from the moment someone clicks on a YouTube thumbnail to when they become a qualified prospect in our CRM.

What You’ll Work On

 

1. Content Strategy & Distribution (Audience Growth)

Assist with the packaging and distribution of content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities may include:

  • YouTube & Podcast Packaging
    • Research title and thumbnail ideas
    • Track video performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR)
    • Help prepare content for publishing
  • Podcast Guest Coordination
    • Research potential podcast guests
    • Identify external podcasts for guest appearances
    • Assist with outreach and scheduling
  • Social Media & Newsletter Distribution
    • Help schedule and organize content across platforms
    • Assist with preparing weekly newsletters
    • Ensure content is distributed consistently

2. Marketing Pipeline & CRM Systems (Lead Generation)

Learn how businesses capture and track potential clients through marketing funnels.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Lead Magnet Support
    • Help maintain and update downloadable resources (PDFs, guides, webinars)
  • CRM & Marketing Automation
    • Assist with tagging and organizing leads in the CRM
    • Help test automated workflows
    • Identify broken links, missing tags, or gaps in marketing systems
  • Pipeline Monitoring
    • Help ensure incoming leads are tracked properly
    • Assist with monitoring follow-up processes

3. Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns

Learn how automated email systems convert interest into client conversations.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with drafting email campaigns
  • Helping organize automated drip sequences
  • Testing email automations and triggers
  • Tracking email engagement metrics

Internship Details

Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Minimum of 3 full days per week, in office
