BCM Warehouse Supervisor – Fabrication

Trinity Surfaces is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fabrication operations including bullnose, cutting, and mosaic production. This role is responsible for production scheduling, team leadership, safety compliance, equipment uptime, and on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise fabrication warehouse team and daily production workflow

Schedule work orders to meet customer deadlines and maximize efficiency

Maintain strong presence on the production floor to address safety, quality, and capacity needs

Monitor production metrics such as throughput, turnaround time, and rework

Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure material readiness

Partner with sales and warehouse teams to support customer commitments

Maintain clean, organized, and safe facility standards

Qualifications

Experience supervising in warehouse, manufacturing, or fabrication operations

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse setting

Forklift experience or certification preferred

Comfortable operating fabrication machinery and working in varying temperatures
