Special Education Teacher

50 Stars Staffing LLC is currently seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher to support students in a school-based setting in Flint, MI for the Current School Year (CSY) and Next School Year (NSY).

The Special Education Teacher will work with students who require individualized academic and behavioral support, helping them achieve success both in the classroom and in their overall development.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings with parents and school staff
• Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education
• Active Michigan Special Education Teaching License
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
