Overview

Handshake is recruiting Healthcare Administrative Professionals to contribute to an AI research project. In this program, you’ll apply your expertise to help improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language. The Handshake AI program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise.

Details

  • The position is remote and asynchronous - work independently from wherever you are.

  • Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely, with no minimum commitment to hours.

  • Project work includes and is not limited to developing industry-specific prompts and evaluating LLM responses.

  • Learn new skills while contributing to the changing world of AI across various industries.

  • Placement into a project will be dependent on project availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in one or more of the following roles:

    • Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants

    • Community Health Workers

  • Able to participate in primarily asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.
