Office & Events Coordinator
Job Title: Office & Events Coordinator (VC Operations)
Location: San Francisco, CA (In-Person) Type: Full-Time / Entry-Level to Early-Career
The Vibe
We are a fast-paced Venture Capital firm based in a beautiful 5,000 sq. ft. office in the heart of San Francisco. We aren't your typical "corporate" suit-and-tie environment—we are at the intersection of tech, innovation, and community. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Office & Events Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our space. If you love hospitality, tech culture, and making things happen, we want to meet you.
The Role
This is a dual-threat role. Half your time will be spent ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine; the other half will be spent designing and executing events—from intimate founder dinners to high-energy demo days and networking mixers.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Experience: Own the "first impression." Keep our 5,000 sq. ft. space looking sharp, manage vendor relationships (catering, snacks, supplies), and ensure our visiting founders and investors feel at home.
Event Production: Lead the logistics for our in-office events. This includes managing RSVPs, coordinating tech/AV setups, sourcing local catering, and being the "point person" on-site to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Culture Champion: Bring a youthful, modern energy to the office. Help us brainstorm ways to make our physical space a hub for the SF tech community.
Operations Support: Assist the partners with light administrative tasks, scheduling for the office conference rooms, and greeting guests with a "hospitality-first" mindset.
Who You Are
High Energy & People-First: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have a "no task too small" attitude.
Obsessively Detailed: You notice the small things—like whether the coffee is fresh or if the event signage is perfectly aligned.
Adaptable: You thrive in the "controlled chaos" of a startup-adjacent environment and can pivot quickly when plans change.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern tools (Slack, G-Suite, Eventbrite/Luma) and capable of troubleshooting basic office tech.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination. We value personality and potential over a long resume!
