Human Resources Specialist

Human Resources Specialists manage administrative and personnel systems supporting Soldiers and Army operations. This role develops skills in HR management, personnel systems, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records
• Process promotions and benefits
• Manage pay and personnel systems
• Support HR operations
• Assist Soldiers with career services

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Age 17–42
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass ASVAB

These positions are for enlisted Soldiers and include paid training, career development, and education benefits. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements and complete Basic Combat Training before starting their assigned career field.
