ABOUT THE ROLE
Renovis Design is a growing architecture and design firm looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator / Office Manager to support day-to-day operations, project tracking, client coordination, billing, and general office management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and being a key support person for a small, fast-growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, transitioning into project management, or looking to grow into an operations or management role within a small business. You’ll gain exposure to real-world architecture and development projects and play a meaningful role in helping the firm stay organized and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and update project statuses using ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Help assign tasks and track deadlines
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and time tracking
- Help coordinate permits and follow up with city departments
- Communicate with clients, builders, and consultants as needed
- Assist with basic administrative and office coordination tasks
- Post consistent updates to the company’s social media accounts
- Setting appointments and managing calendars
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with multiple tasks and priorities
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, task management tools)
- Willingness to learn project workflows and city permitting processes
- Background or interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or project management is a plus
- Must have valid drivers license and ability to commute
