Customer Account Representative

As a Customer Account Representative (Frontier), you’ll be the first impression customers have of Frontier. This role focuses on relationship-building, brand sales, and soft selling through authentic conversations rather than pressure tactics. It’s a performance-based opportunity for a Customer Account Representative (Frontier) who understands that trust is the gateway to every sale.


 

As a Customer Account Representative (Frontier), you will:
 

  • Represent Frontier services in promotional, outreach, and community-facing environments
  • Initiate engaging conversations that naturally introduce products and lead to sales opportunities
  • Educate customers on service features and benefits without aggressive selling tactics
  • Create strong first impressions that build brand trust and credibility
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to convert interest into activations


 

Every Customer Account Representative (Frontier) has to have:
 

  • Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
  • Comfort engaging new people in public-facing environments
  • Professional appearance and brand awareness
  • Ability to influence through education and rapport
  • Self-driven performance in a commission-based role
  • Organized and dependable work habits
  • Marketing, promotions, or sales experience is a plus but not required
