As a Customer Account Representative (Frontier), you will:
- Represent Frontier services in promotional, outreach, and community-facing environments
- Initiate engaging conversations that naturally introduce products and lead to sales opportunities
- Educate customers on service features and benefits without aggressive selling tactics
- Create strong first impressions that build brand trust and credibility
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team
- Collaborate with sales representatives to convert interest into activations
