Eligibility

0–2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to support business decision-making

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses

Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis

Monitor financial performance and identify trends or risks

Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information

Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis

Support management with insights to improve operational efficiency

Document financial analysis processes and reporting methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting

Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Exposure to ERP systems or financial software

Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools

Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
