Sales Assistant

Quality Services Moving is searching for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Assistant to support our growing team and help drive the success of our sales operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working with people, organizing information, and contributing to a positive customer experience. As a Sales Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the sales team, maintaining strong partner relationships, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from first contact through project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize marketing materials, monitor inventory levels, and place replenishment orders as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, sales consultations, and customer estimates to support the sales team’s workflow.
  • Support the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market reach.
  • Assist with the creation, distribution, and maintenance of sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Identify, coordinate, and help staff networking events, sponsorship opportunities, and community engagements that support sales objectives.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate and complete data entry into customer files and CRM systems.
  • Follow up on sales leads, referrals, and client inquiries to support ongoing relationship building and sales activity.
  • Maintain updated records, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, internal staff, and external business partners to provide updates, resolve issues, and support the overall sales process.
  • Perform additional administrative or sales‑support tasks as assigned.
