Office Administrator

Position: Office Administrator

Location: Verona, PA 15147

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours week) 

Pay: $18.00/hr

Job Description
Ross Maintenance Company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Verona, PA. The ideal candidate will manage billing information using QuickBooks and assist with general accounting and office operations. This role supports our contracted accounting firm and helps ensure the company's billing and financial records remain accurate and up to date.

The successful candidate should be comfortable with accounting procedures, administrative tasks, and customer communication.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to our contracted accounting firm
  • Address billing questions from members, vendors, and staff
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile statements
  • Upload and maintain financial transaction data in QuickBooks
  • Support office staff through filing and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Inform management and compile reports or summaries on financial activity provided through QuickBooks. 
  • Perform duties in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Friendly and professional communication skills via phone and email
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Education
