Facility Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Facility Worker to join our operations team in Deming, NM. This role involves a variety of maintenance, repair, and support tasks to ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and fully functional.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs and maintenance (painting, light construction, fixtures, etc.)

Assist with installation of equipment and general facility improvements

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces

Support general labor needs including lifting, moving, and assembling materials

Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures

Work closely with the facilities team to complete scheduled projects and tasks

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repairs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
