KTD-Event Staffing is looking for energetic, reliable team members to work the upcoming NCAA Men's Final Four in Indianapolis!

 Location: Indiana Convention Center
 Pay: $15/hour

Event Dates & Shifts

  • April 2, 2026: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • April 3, 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:15 PM
  • April 4, 2026: 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM
  • April 5, 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:15 PM
  • April 6, 2026: 10:00 AM – 7:15 PM

 Roles Include:

  • Running interactive sports stations (Basketball, Golf, Hockey, Soccer, Football)
  • Distributing event premiums
  • Assisting with autograph signings
  • Managing lines
  • Supporting photo moments
  • General event support

Skills: 

  • Friendly and personable with strong customer service skills
  • Attentive and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts
  • Comfortable interacting with large crowds and event guests
  • Team-oriented with a positive, high-energy attitude
