Customer Sales Representative

This is a full time position for us at MMCG Inc. This is not a contract role or 1099 - its an in person in store hourly position.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and organize stock to ensure easy access and visual appeal
• Restock shelves and perform inventory management tasks, including stocking and merchandising products throughout the store
• Provide bilingual support to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in grocery or similar retail environments
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers in person and over the phone
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, moving merchandise, and standing for extended periods
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support a diverse customer base
• Knowledge of grocery store operations and familiarity with retail sales techniques will enhance your success in this role
