Latico Leathers is a family-run leather goods brand crafting full-grain leather handbags since 1984. We are a lean, fast-moving ecommerce team with a strong brand, a loyal customer base, and real creative standards. We know who we are. We need someone who can execute at that level.
The Role
We are hiring a Creative Strategist and Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce site while acting as the internal creative gatekeeper across all marketing channels. This is a hands-on hybrid role, part ops, part creative. You will keep the site accurate and promo-ready while ensuring everything we publish looks and sounds like Latico.
If you have a strong visual eye, care about brand consistency, and can manage ecommerce operations without needing constant direction, this is for you.
What You'll Own
Ecommerce Operations Own day-to-day Shopify execution: product pages, collections, banners, discount codes, and promotional messaging. Keep the site accurate and ready to launch at all times. Flag inventory issues that could impact campaigns before they become problems.
Promo Calendar Execution Keep the promotional calendar on track. Coordinate deadlines, creative assets, and site updates across email, paid media, and organic. Make sure everything is set up correctly before launch, not after.
Creative Review First-pass review on ad creative, email drafts, website graphics, and organic content before anything goes live. You will know the brand standards well enough to catch off-brand copy, weak hooks, and visual inconsistencies without being told twice.
Landing Page & Collection Page Builds Build and maintain landing pages in Replo and collection pages in Shopify tied to email promos and campaigns. Strong visual judgment is essential here. These pages need to convert and look right.
Asset & Content Management Maintain organized creative systems including photoshoot assets, creator content, and website imagery. Assets should be properly labeled, structured, and accessible across the team.
Product Pages Manage PDPs for accuracy, imagery quality, and conversion-focused layout. Coordinate with developers on metafields, variants, and page updates.
Reviews & Product Monitoring Approve Okendo reviews, monitor customer feedback, and surface trends in returns and product performance.
You're a Strong Fit If You
- Have 2–4 years of experience in DTC ecommerce, brand management, or creative operations
- Have a strong visual eye. You can tell when something is off-brand before anyone explains why
- Have experience or genuine interest in women's fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
- Are highly organized and can manage multiple moving deadlines without dropping things
- Can work independently and make judgment calls without hand-holding
- Have experience with Shopify and at least one of: Klaviyo, Figma, Canva, Replo, or Meta Ads
- Have strong written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Background in graphic design or visual identity
- Experience building landing pages or collection pages
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (we use them actively: Higgsfield, Flora, Claude)
- Background in paid social or email marketing
