Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist
$75,500–$85,500 | Greenfield, NH
Crotched Mountain School & Village – A Program of Seven Hills Foundation

Make a meaningful impact with your career — and actually see the results.

Imagine using your clinical skills in a place where progress isn’t abstract — it’s visible in a student tying their shoes independently, navigating a hallway with confidence, or mastering a life skill they once struggled to reach.

Crotched Mountain School & Village, now part of the Seven Hills Foundation, has been growing steadily, purposefully, and sustainably over the past several years — expanding programs, welcoming new students, and building a collaborative team of educators and clinicians who believe meaningful work should also be supported, balanced, and human. (Yes, you can love your job and have some flexibility in your hours.)

Picture Yourself Here:
You’ll work as an Occupational Therapist within a multidisciplinary team supporting neurodiverse learners with complex needs. Your days will blend assessment, hands-on therapy, collaboration, and creative problem-solving in a therapeutic school environment designed for real-world skill building — not just paperwork (though we won’t pretend there’s none).

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individualized, life-changing therapeutic services
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans focused on functional living skills
  • Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and families to support student growth
  • Supervise COTAs and contribute to a strong clinical culture
  • Apply specialty interests like feeding therapy, assistive technology, behavior support, or vocational readiness

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with NH licensure and NBCOT certification
  • Have experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Enjoy teamwork, documentation that tells a story, and practical problem-solving
  • Believe therapy should empower independence — not just check boxes

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Work-Life Balance — No weekends and flexible scheduling
  • Generous Time Off — ~8 weeks PTO including holidays, sick & personal days
  • Career Growth — Paid licensure, free CE events, education support
  • Outstanding Benefits — Medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with 25–33% match (along with additional perks like legal and pet insurance, discounts, EAP program, and more)
  • PSLF-Eligible Employer — your future self will thank you
  • An Expansive, Therapeutic Campus — trails, lake access, pool, bowling alley, and space to breathe between sessions

Schedule: Full-time | Year-round | Monday–Friday, days

This is more than an OT role — it’s a chance to grow your career while helping students build confidence, independence, and lifelong skills in a setting designed for progress, purpose, and the kind of daily wins that remind you why you chose this field in the first place.
