AD Laboratory Intern

Position Summary:

The Analytical Laboratory Intern will provide support to analytical laboratory for any assigned tasks such as: calibration of balances, organize lab supplies, sample room and stability chambers, reagents, reference standards and clean the laboratory glassware in the analytical laboratory products in compliance with cGMP and other applicable regulatory. This position may require commuting to work at two locations.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily calibration of balances in the analytical laboratory. 
• Clean the laboratory glassware, dissolution bath and maintain the cleanliness in the laboratory.
• Prepare the dissolution media, diluents, and mobile phases. 
• Arrange the sample room, cage, and stability chambers. 
• Maintain and monitor lab supplies, chemicals inventory in the GMP laboratory.
• Check the expiration dates of the standards, chemicals, remove the expired chemicals, & dispose them accordingly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with science background. 
• Preferred ungraduated degree in science related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Written and verbal communication skills. 
• High level of expertise in Microsoft.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated personal initiative, responsible and flexible.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and to handle multiple assignments with limited time constraints.
