Job Title: Member Experience Manager
Location: St. Augustine, Florida
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary:

The Member Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS®. This position is responsible for managing the member experience, onboarding processes, and ongoing member engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Coordination

  • Oversee the membership process, including applications, renewals, and compliance with association requirements.
  • Ensure members meet eligibility criteria and maintain required documentation.
  • Track membership status and follow up on outstanding requirements or issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date member records.

Member Onboarding & Engagement

  • Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with the Education & Events Manager to conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new members integrate into the association.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and support.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.

Event Collaboration

  • Partner with the Education & Events Manager to plan, promote, and execute member-focused events and educational programs.
  • Support event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up to ensure high-quality experiences.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate member records and track engagement metrics.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in member services or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and REALTOR® associations.
  • Experience in a membership-based organization or association.
