Location: St. Augustine, Florida
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary:
The Member Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS®. This position is responsible for managing the member experience, onboarding processes, and ongoing member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Coordination
- Oversee the membership process, including applications, renewals, and compliance with association requirements.
- Ensure members meet eligibility criteria and maintain required documentation.
- Track membership status and follow up on outstanding requirements or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date member records.
Member Onboarding & Engagement
- Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with the Education & Events Manager to conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new members integrate into the association.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and support.
- Monitor member satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.
Event Collaboration
- Partner with the Education & Events Manager to plan, promote, and execute member-focused events and educational programs.
- Support event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up to ensure high-quality experiences.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate member records and track engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in member services or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and REALTOR® associations.
- Experience in a membership-based organization or association.
