Data Analyst/ MIS Specialist 

Position Responsibilities 

Data Flow, Organizing, and Management (90%) 

Work closely with billing, tax, and supply to ensure data is flowing efficienty in our enterprise operating system. 

Work closely with Sales and Supply to understand vendor and customer pricing flows. 

Ensure operating system job runs are completing their set tasks. 

Be the central point with any software implementation and transition. 

Help with maintaining costs and formulas with supply and logistics. 

Develop reports for the C level executives upon their direction.  

Future Project Vetting (10%) 

Initiate problem solving on billing and pricing issues and work with other departments to resolve problems as they arise. 

Look for new paths of optimization in line with the internal budget. 

Troubleshoot software job runs. 

Position Requirements 

Formal Education & Certifications 

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Quantititve Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent years’ experience in a related field 

Knowledge & Experience 

Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook 

Prior experience using an ERP system a plus 

Prior high volume customer billing experience a plus 

Qualifications & Characteristics 

Ability to multi-task 

Detail Oriented 

Time and task management skills essential 

Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision to meet deadlines 

10-key calculator proficient 

Be courteous and  professional with excellent organizational and communication skills
