🎯 What You’ll Actually Do

Find great people before anyone else does.

Your daily missions may include:

🔎 Managing full-cycle recruiting – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring great talent
🤝 Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help solve workforce puzzles
📢 Posting and optimizing job listings across sites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Handshake
🎓 Building relationships with schools, universities, and professional organizations
🎤 Representing Ford AV at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences
☎️ Conducting reference checks and coordinating pre-employment assessments
📊 Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and accurate
✨ Making sure candidates have a great experience from application to onboarding

🧠 What Makes Someone Great at This Job

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or similar field (preferred)
• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills (you’ll talk to a lot of people)
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and large groups—both in person and virtually
• Familiarity with ATS systems and online recruiting platforms
• Natural networking ability (you’re the kind of person who makes friends in line at coffee shops)
