Synergy Home Care is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain safely in their homes. We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our presence in the Columbia community. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations 

• Represent Synergy Home Care at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings 

• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our services • Develop new referral sources and maintain strong professional relationships 

• Track marketing activities and referral results • Work closely with the owner to grow the agency’s client base Qualifications 

• Experience in healthcare marketing, senior services, or community outreach preferred 

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Self-motivated and organized 

• Knowledge of the Columbia community is a plus 

Compensation • Base salary or hourly pay depending on experience 

• Performance bonuses for new client referrals
