What You'll Own: Creator sourcing + outreach. Gifting + follow-ups. Tracking content output + ROI. Managing creator pipeline + status. Reporting weekly creator performance.

You're A Fit If You: Are organized + proactive. Can send crisp outreach and keep systems clean. Know creator culture + what gets posted. Can handle gifting logistics + follow-ups fast.

Bonus: Experience with Shopify Collabs or GRIN. Comfortable running 20-50 creator relationships. Passion for youth sports, training, performance.
