Marketing Specialist 

 

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented professional who wants to be part of a team driving innovation in the healthcare sector.

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in building and strengthening our brand, as well as strategically positioning our business lines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the corporate brand strategy and positioning for the company and each of its business lines.
  • Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Design strategies to improve customer engagement and relationships.
  • Manage and strengthen the company’s social media presence, including strategic content planning.
  • Create and schedule relevant and engaging digital content.
  • Design basic promotional materials (presentations, flyers, newsletters).
  • Support the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (designers, printers, agencies).
  • Update and maintain the customer database.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare campaign performance reports.
  • Support the organization of events, congresses, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in managing and updating the corporate website.
  • Collaborate in drafting corporate communications and institutional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department when needed.

 

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in brand strategy development and marketing planning.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and basic design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

 

Position Details

  • Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Work Modality: Primarily in-office, with hybrid (home office) flexibility if aligned with business needs.
  • Compensation: $2,500 – $3,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
