Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Growth Intern to join our fully remote team for a 6-month, full-time engagement. This role is open to undergraduate students (rising juniors and seniors), Master's students, and recent graduates. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working across various functions including sales operations, marketing, and customer success. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by supporting key initiatives, optimizing processes, and engaging with our customers and prospects.
What You'll Do
As an Operations & Growth Intern, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Sales & CRM Operations:
- Maintain and enrich our CRM (HubSpot) with accurate client data, including contact information, decision-maker mapping, and account details.
- Support our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by managing and updating target account lists.
- Assist with revenue reporting, helping to maintain and refine our reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Executive & Customer Engagement:
- Manage and track a comprehensive list of customers, help to track status (renewals, upsells, sentiment), scheduled EBRs, winbacks and customer engagement.
- Coordinate high-touch relationship-building activities, including sending gifts and scheduling meetings with key executives and customers.
- Manage the scheduling and tracking of Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for eligible customers, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up.
- Support the preparation for contract renewals by identifying and reaching out to decision-makers
Growth & Marketing Support:
- Assist with event coordination, including logistics, registrations, and scheduling for weekly events, dinners, and workshops.
- Drive attendance for events by reaching out to prospects, customers and target contacts on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct follow-up with event attendees and individuals who have requested demos or filled out forms on our website.
- Support win-back campaigns by researching churned accounts and initiating outreach to prospects.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Help build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows for tasks such as call scoring, product usage, meeting attendance and deal risk analysis.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement content and supporting documentation.

Required Skills:
- Strong drive for personal growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in web research and data gathering.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, modern collaboration tools, including Google Suite and Zoom.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
Preferred Skills:
- Daily use of AI/LLM in creative ways
- Experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot is a plus).
- Familiarity with sales enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Experience with calendar and event coordination.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to augment and accelerate workflows.

Compensation & Perks
This is a paid, full-time internship with an hourly rate of $20 - $25/hour. A company-issued Mac laptop will be provided for the duration of the internship.
