We are looking for a highly organized, numbers-driven Accounting & Operations Coordinator who loves precision, systems, and keeping financial details accurate.
This role supports estimates, invoicing, QuickBooks bookkeeping, and financial organization across multiple client projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or a recent graduate in Accounting or Business who wants real hands-on experience in a growing company. Our clients are large brands that trust us fully with their marketing and to keep it private until it hits the market. The candidate needs to be extremely trust worthy and provide references.

Responsibilities
• Create and send client estimates and invoices
• Maintain QuickBooks records and bookkeeping entries
• Track client payments and outstanding invoices

• Maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
• Help improve systems for organization and financial tracking
Ideal Candidate
• Studying or graduated in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Comfortable working in QuickBooks and Excel
