The Opportunity

Our client is an ultra-high-growth software startup in the heart of San Francisco looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their founding sales team. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to blend into the background; it’s for a high-energy "hunter" who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and is eager to climb the ranks quickly.

What You’ll Do

Drive Growth: Execute cold outbound prospecting strategies (email, phone, social) to build a robust pipeline.

Master the Pitch: Articulate our client's value proposition to high-level decision-makers.

Crush Quota: Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting-set and qualified lead targets.

Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and strategy alignment.

Who You Are

Experience: You are either a hungry new college graduate or an early-career BDR with up to 3 years of experience.

The "Top 1%": You have a proven track record of being a top performer—whether in previous sales roles, academics, or athletics.
