Operations and Partnerships Associate
TL;DR: You'd be the most cross-functional person at a fintech startup that's already generating revenue, has 600+ community members, and is raising a $500K pre-seed. You'll touch sales, partnerships, operations, curriculum, events — basically everything.

What you'd actually do
- Research and reach out to partners — brands, platforms, financial institutions — and help build pitch materials/proposals
- Work the sales pipeline: follow up with leads, schedule calls, track conversions
- Help build out our growth strategy (you'll have real input, not busywork)
- Contribute to investor relations materials and deal sourcing
- Help plan and execute events (Fashion x Futures, NY Tech Week, virtual events)
- Basically: if it needs to get done, you're in the room figuring it out
