My Grill Cleaners is a premium grill and outdoor kitchen cleaning & repair company. We help homeowners enjoy safe, beautiful outdoor cooking spaces without the hassle.

How will you contribute?

  • Deep-clean grills and outdoor kitchen components
  • Perform appliance performance assessments, basic repairs, and part replacements
  • Protect customer property and thoroughly clean up after yourself
  • Communicate professionally and often with homeowners
  • Extensively document work with photos and notes
  • Help improve business systems and processes
  • Drive and work responsibly as you’ll be servicing houses and driving a company truck by yourself

What do we expect of technicians?

  • We keep only the most effective employees so we expect you to excel at your job
  • We expect technicians to get all the details, even the ones others would normally miss
  • We’re a small and growing company so we expect flexibility and will give it in return as we experience bumps in the road
  • We typically operate on a 4 day work week with 10 hour workdays
  • You must pass a background check

What’s required day-to-day?

  • Valid driver’s license, no accidents, and reliable transportation to starting location
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Smartphone for photos & job notes

We expect all our employees to be capable as managers as we grow and if you don’t feel like you have that skillset yet then we’re happy for that to be something you grow into! We want to become the nation’s most professional outdoor kitchen service provider and want to create wealth for our team along the way. We pay piece rate plus 100% of tips for cleanings with average earnings of $20-$33/hour (once you've completed training).
