Position Location: Glenside, PA

Position Title: Content Creator 

Position Summary: We’re looking for a confident, charismatic on-camera creator who can bring our brands to life through short-form video and generate other business-relevant content. Think launches, behind-the-scenes, interviews, street-style moments, and quick explainers that feel real and perform.

What you’ll do

• Be the on-camera face for multiple portfolio brands (social-first storytelling)

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Turn everyday moments into content people actually want to watch

• Collaborate with marketing on ideas, scripts, filming, editing, and posting

• Show up in the field when needed, events, client visits, team moments, drivers, partners

What we’re looking for

• Strong on-camera presence, comfortable talking to anyone

• Great instincts for what works in short-form content

• Can shoot scrappy content and keep it high-quality

• Editing skills are a plus, but not required if your ideas and delivery are elite

• Philly-area based, willing to travel locally

Bonus points if

• You’ve created content around gig work, hospitality, restaurants, or local Philly life

• You can host, interview, or keep a story moving without a script
