Role Description

 

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer communications, processing orders, supporting shipping, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Streetsboro, OH.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong customer interaction skills including communication, active listening, and the ability to address inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in customer support systems and tools, as well as experience managing order processing and records
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences
  • Time management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in a customer service role; familiarity with the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Logistics experience and working within customer portals is a plus
