Counselor
Camp Fatima is a place where campers build confidence, have fun, and create lasting memories. We accomplish this by finding and developing young men into leaders who can mentor and coach the next generation.
The role goes beyond supervision; it is a vocation of leadership, mentorship, service, and faith-filled witness. Counselors live with campers, guide them throughout the day, ensure their safety and well-being, lead activities, and create a fun, structured, and transformative camp experience.
