The Internship Experience

This is a 100% remote, educational internship designed for students looking to master the foundational processes and systems that support a modern, remote team. You will be learning how to manage professional HR systems, master organizational workflows, and develop a high-standard of internal professional communication. We are happy to coordinate with your university to ensure you receive academic credit for this experience.

Core Learning Tracks

  • Recruitment Support & Onboarding: Learn to assist with sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing the initial onboarding process for new team members and interns.
  • Professional Systems Management: Gain hands-on experience managing internal HR/team collaboration platforms to ensure all necessary team-member documentation is organized.
  • Agency Correspondence & Communication: Master the art of professional internal communication by coordinating team announcements and maintaining the OooWee brand voice in all internal digital interactions.
  • Policy & Documentation: Learn how to assist in organizing and maintaining internal documents such as handbooks, process guides, and training materials.
