The Opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious early-career marketing professional to join our New York team as Marketing Coordinator based from our office in midtown Manhattan. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in luxury travel marketing, working directly with our leadership team on sophisticated B2B and B2C campaigns.
Ideal for: Recent graduates or early-career professionals (1-2 years experience) with substantive internship experience in luxury hospitality, travel, high-end lifestyle brands, marketing agencies, or event/trade show management.
What You'll Do
Marketing Campaign Support & Execution
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously across print, digital, and experiential channels
- Coordinate with in-house teams, freelance creatives, and external vendors (printers, mailhouses, designers)
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all marketing communications
- Develop and implement new marketing tactics alongside our leadership team
- Proofread marketing collateral for brand consistency and quality
Vendor & Project Management
- Source quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage relationships with printers, mailhouses, and creative vendors
- Oversee trade show displays, logistics, and materials
- Manage marketing collateral inventories and supplies
- Coordinate production timelines across multiple concurrent projects
Digital Asset & Analytics
- Maintain and update digital image library for print and digital projects
- Manage photo rights, fees, and licensing agreements
- Research and track competitor promotions and luxury travel trends
- Utilize marketing analytics to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions
- Leverage generative AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity, streamline research, and generate creative solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing Team and provide input at regular meetings
- Support sales representatives and travel advisors with marketing materials
- Assist Public Relations team as needed
- Coordinate team schedules and support professional development initiatives
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background:
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years professional experience with strong, relevant internship background
- Internships in luxury hospitality/travel, high-end lifestyle brands, marketing agencies, B2B partnerships, trade shows, or event management strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, coordinating with vendors, or supporting marketing campaigns (through internships, class projects, or early career roles)
Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional growth
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach - you see what needs to be done and do it
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy
- Collaborative team player who also works independently
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software platforms for marketing and project management
- Experience with or willingness to learn SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools
- Proficient with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for productivity and creative solutions
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of printing processes and vendor negotiation
- Experience with luxury brands or high-net-worth clientele
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation platforms
- Additional language skills (particularly French, Spanish, Italian, or Swahili)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 (commensurate with experience)
