Role Overview
We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing Intern to help support the execution of large-scale creator recruitment programs.
This role focuses heavily on quality control of our AI creator sourcing systems and large-scale creator outreach. You’ll help review creators identified by our algorithms, validate content quality, and recruit creators directly through social platforms.
It’s a highly operational role for someone with strong instincts for social content and creator culture.
What You'll Do
- Review creators sourced by our AI systems to ensure the algorithm is identifying the right accounts
- Provide quality checks on AI content review
- Flag false positives and help improve sourcing accuracy through feedback loops
- Conduct large-scale DM outreach to recruit creators across TikTok and Instagram
- Track outreach and responses to help improve creator recruitment performance
- Identify standout creators and emerging content trends
What We're Looking For
- Strong instincts for identifying high-quality social content
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator culture
- Comfortable reviewing large volumes of content quickly
- Strong written communication for outreach to creators
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Interest in the creator economy and AI-powered platforms
