We’re looking for a motivated Training Intern to help modernize our training ecosystem. You’ll work with AI tools and content development programs to translate digital training content and modify long courses to short, engaging videos. This is a great hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical, learner-centered content, iterating quickly, and trying out new technology.

Modernize Content Delivery & Course Updating
Convert longer courses into microlearning or explainer videos (1-4 minutes)
Update content and structure using clear learning objectives, real-world examples, and assessment-lite interactions (knowledge checks, reflections)
Turn slides, PDFs, technical documents, subject matter expert’s notes, or existing training materials into scripts and storyboards optimized for short-form video.
Help test and publish content to the learning management system.
AI-Supported Production
Use GenAI tools to draft scripts, visual concepts, and voiceovers, then refine them.
Use AI tools to translate digital training courses including on-screen text, voice over, and closed captioning
Review layouts, voice over, and subtitles for proper formatting
Required
Working toward a degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Media, Linguistics, Training, or similar.
Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
Basic video-editing skills and an eye for pacing and clarity.
Comfort using AI tools and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
Detail orientation for subtitles, timestamps, and language consistency.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with a digital learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Evolve).
Understanding of microlearning principles and learning science basics (spacing, chunking, retrieval practice).
Basic design skills (thumbnails, lower thirds, layouts) and brand alignment.
Comfort collaborating with knowledge experts and iterating based on feedback.
Exposure to translation/localization workflows (glossaries, translation memory).
