Marketing Designer - Business to Business

Marketing & Design Specialist (On-Site, Entry-Level – B2B)

Location: Sanford, FL

Not a remote position. Local candidates only.

Capsmith, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Marketing & Design Specialist to support and grow our B2B marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone beginning their marketing career who has hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and understands that marketing is about results — not just design.

This is not a graphic designer-only role. We are looking for someone who can design, execute campaigns, manage social media, and track performance to determine what’s working.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns for our custom headwear products
  • Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for:
  • Social media
  • Email campaigns
  • Website graphics
  • Digital ads
  • Product promotions
  • Manage and grow social media accounts with a focus on engagement and lead generation
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, email metrics, etc.)
  • Monitor ROI and identify which marketing efforts generate leads and sales
  • Recommend improvements based on data and performance results
  • Support website and e-commerce marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & inDesign required)
  • Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Sanford office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
  • Basic understanding of website/e-commerce marketing
  • Video editing skills a plus
