Marketing/Data Intern – Deltek Vantagepoint & OpenAsset Integration

We are seeking a detail-oriented intern to assist with organizing and cleaning project data as part of our initiative to sync Deltek Vantagepoint (VP) with OpenAsset, our content management system.
 

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize project images from internal drives
• Compile and format project descriptions
• Review project records in Deltek Vantagepoint and identify discrepancies
• Cross-check data to ensure consistency across platforms
• Support the marketing team with data organization and quality control

• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Clear communication skills

Preferred (but not required)

• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, or other CRM/CMS systems
• Experience working with structured data or file management systems
