Cohesion Labs builds AI automation systems primarily for healthcare practices, and also SMBs in financial services and education. We help clinics and health groups eliminate their most expensive manual processes. Our clients pay for outcomes, not hours.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who wants to build an audience, not just manage one. Right now the role is execution — you'll publish content our team produces, maintain our posting schedule, and keep our LinkedIn presence consistent. But we're hiring for trajectory. If you're already creating content somewhere, have opinions about how brands should communicate, and want real material to work with, this is worth your time.
You'll have a front-row seat to how a technical AI company sells into healthcare.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Publish and schedule LinkedIn posts and blog content from drafts our team provides
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Track engagement metrics and flag what's resonating
- Coordinate content reposts across our network
- As you grow into the role: contribute your own ideas, voice, and creative direction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You're already creating content somewhere — LinkedIn, TikTok, a newsletter, etc. — even if the audience is small
- Organized and dependable
- Interested in AI, healthcare tech, or B2B
- Available for a consistent 5 hours per week

- You have opinions about what makes B2B content actually work
- Prior social media or content experience
- Marketing, communications, or business student
