JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated AI Practice Intern for Summer 2026 to join our growing Artificial Intelligence team. This role will focus on supporting applied AI initiatives through the development of AI accelerators, documentation, and solution artifacts, as well as contributing to Generative AI and predictive AI use cases under the guidance of experienced consultants and engineers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, comfort working with technical concepts, and the ability to clearly communicate ideas through documentation and presentations. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to how AI solutions are designed, governed, and delivered in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:

  • Support AI delivery teams by assisting with the development and enhancement of AI accelerators, proof?of?concepts, and internal tools.
  • Contribute to Generative AI initiatives, including prompt design, basic model evaluation, and retrieval?augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Assist with documentation of AI solutions, architectures, and governance considerations to support internal teams and client engagements.
  • Create clear and compelling presentations and written artifacts in PowerPoint to communicate AI concepts, use cases, and solution approaches.
  • Participate in agile delivery activities, including standups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning, alongside AI practitioners.
  • Support knowledge management efforts by organizing and maintaining AI-related documentation, templates, and reusable assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, Cyber, and Enterprise Transformation) to support integrated solution delivery.
  • Utilize collaboration and development tools such as GitHub, SharePoint, and project tracking tools to support delivery efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in applied AI, machine learning, or Generative AI in real-world business contexts.
  • Foundational experience with Python or similar programming languages, and general familiarity with data or analytics concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite tools, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) or AI services is a plus.
  • Experience using Git, notebooks, or basic data workflows.
  • Curiosity about AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
