Hours: 12–15 hours per week
Term: 3-month internship with potential for paid extension
About the Internship
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Intern to help support brand growth, community outreach, and digital engagement for a growing fitness and apparel brand.
This internship is designed for students who want real-world experience working with a startup brand in the fitness, apparel, and events industry. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, brand communication, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
The initial internship term is three months, after which high-performing interns may be invited to continue in a paid hourly role for the remainder of the school year.
What You'll Do
Interns will support a variety of marketing and brand growth initiatives, including:
Assisting with outreach to gyms, events, and fitness organizations
Responding to inbound social media messages and helping manage brand communication
Supporting community engagement on social media platforms
Identifying athletes, creators, or organizations for product seeding opportunities
Assisting with giveaways, campaigns, and influencer outreach
Helping organize leads, contacts, and marketing initiatives
Supporting brand campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:

Organized and able to manage multiple small tasks
Comfortable communicating with people online and via email
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram preferred)
Interested in fitness, health, or active lifestyles
Marketing experience is not required, but curiosity, initiative, and strong communication skills are important.
