Paid Teacher Intern
This position is perfect for a college senior or recent grad interested in using their degree to pursue teaching as a profession. This is also the perfect position for someone with a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated field that wants to pursue teaching as a career. This is also a perfect position for an education major ready to do their student teaching and have it paid!
Collaborate with the classroom teacher and get to learn one on one with a seasoned teacher. Learn about and host your own small group intervention, assist with students in the classroom, attend grade level meetings and trainings and gain meaningful experience to set you up for success in your teaching career.
The ideal candidate is in their college program, looking to gain real world experience and effect real change in the academic outcomes of students in a high poverty school.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in education or in a specific content area. i.e. English, Mathematics etc.
- Already has a Bachelors degree and wants to use their degree to teach the next generation
- Belief in and alignment with Arizona Charter Academy’s core beliefs and educational philosophy is non-negotiable
