Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the council’s executive, public relations, and fund development team by entering donor and fundraising data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general office tasks. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for a college student interested in nonprofit work, fundraising, or office administration.  Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enter and update donor and fundraising information in the council database
  • Assist with tracking donations, pledges, and event registrations
  • Help prepare donor lists, reports, and mailings for fundraising campaigns
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, spreadsheets, and data organization
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records
