Social Media Intern

HeyOlé is an accessories brand creating elevated hair ties designed for full, thick, and textured hair. Our first release, The Marble Collection, reimagines the bobos many of us grew up with — made with stronger elastic, smoother materials, and built for everyday wear.

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Content Intern to help bring the brand to life online through consistent posting and thoughtful content planning.

This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok, Instagram, and internet culture, and enjoys translating brand ideas into engaging social content.

Hours: 4–5 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Remote
Industry: Beauty / Fashion / Consumer Brand

Responsibilities

Plan a simple weekly content calendar (3–4 posts per week)

Write captions and select hashtags

Schedule and publish posts across TikTok and Instagram

Monitor comments and engage with the community

Keep content organized and scheduled ahead of time

Share a short weekly recap of post performance and learnings

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats

Interest in beauty, culture, and storytelling

Organized and reliable with deadlines

Comfortable working independently

Ideal for students studying marketing, communications, fashion, media, or digital content

Bonus if you’re familiar with textured hair culture or beauty brands
