Support Engineer
Independently learn software technologies and contribute to IOT, Blockchain or AI product development as a team member.
Typical Responsibilities
- Learn and implement new tools or techniques as assigned
- Complete specific software development assignment(s) on time
- Complete design or other documentation as assigned
- Participate or take responsibility in one or more Hyperledger research projects
- Participate in conference calls, meetings, and other team sessions
- Independently or work with Technology team to implement the IoT solutions in the customer sites
- Write in-depth white papers in specific technology topics
- Help prepare a technology R&D roadmap aligned with our vision that will help us focus on areas we need to
Minimum Skills
- Good exposure to Java, Angular, Android, Hyperledger, NoSQL, SQL and Python technologies
- Exposure to Agile development tools such as Jira, Rally, flow charting and other diagraming tools
- Exposure to UI design and knowledge of UI tools
- Exposure to CICD, DevOps related methods, tools and techniques
- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Good understanding of API techniques and development
- Good understanding of and exposure to mobile and web application development
- Good understanding of and exposure to developing multi-protocol data integration in IOT (Bluetooth, LORA, RFID, etc)
- Good exposure to data security in areas of authentication and authorization
- Good understanding of data structures and visualization techniques
- Fast learning is a must
- Ability to self-learn, work independently, ask for help on or ahead of time, and remain committed and disciplined to successfully complete tasks assigned
- Ability to break down a problem to its elements, conceive multiple approaches and pick an expedient and effective solution approach
- Ability to write scholarly white papers
Minimum Education
- Computer Science/Electronics Engineering disciplines preferred. Bachelor's degree required (Open to 2026 graduates)
