Sanctum Health Partners is a rapidly growing pediatric therapy organization serving children across the DFW area through home health, clinic, and teletherapy services. With over 150 therapists and a dedicated operations team, our Carrollton headquarters serves as the central hub for leadership, finance, HR, compliance, and administrative operations.
As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure our headquarters operates efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with our growth trajectory.
Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for the daily organization, presentation, and functionality of the company headquarters. This role ensures the office environment supports productivity, professionalism, and company culture. This is not an operations management or revenue cycle leadership role. The focus is administrative coordination, facility oversight, vendor management, and internal support for a growing executive and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Facility Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional headquarters environment
- Manage office supply inventory and purchasing
- Coordinate vendors (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, office equipment)
- Oversee workspace setup for new hires (desks, supplies, equipment coordination)
- Ensure conference rooms and shared spaces remain organized and functional
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs/replacements
- Maintain a polished, professional front-office presence Administrative Support
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Manage mail, deliveries, and administrative correspondence
- Support leadership with scheduling and meeting logistics
- Assist with internal documentation and organizational systems
- Coordinate travel logistics for leadership as needed Culture & Internal Event Coordination
- Coordinate leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, and internal events
- Assist with employee appreciation initiatives and team celebrations
- Manage catering, event setup, and logistics
- Support internal communications from headquarters
Operational Support (Light)
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency
- Serve as a central administrative resource for the HQ team
- Provide ad hoc support to executive and operations leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations
- Vendor and facilities coordination experience
- Event planning or internal culture coordination experience
Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Full-time, salaried position
