🌼 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our clients and sales team by:

Assisting clients with plan questions, updates, and changes

Handling documentation, follow-ups, and service requests

Communicating clearly and kindly (even when clients are stressed)

Keeping accurate records in our CRM

Answering phones, greeting people as they come in the office

Supporting compliance and internal processes

Being a calm problem-solver who keeps things moving smoothly

This role is all about clarity, consistency, and care.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and dependable

Patient, empathetic, and professional

Comfortable with structure and routine

A strong communicator (written and verbal)

Calm under pressure and solution-focused

Team-oriented and drama-free

Customer service or admin experience is helpful, but not required.

Must be willing to obtain state insurance licensure
