Junior Analyst

The firm also provides career services and executive search through its division, ESGI Potomac Recruiting. The new hire will be expected to be agile in supporting all of these areas of business.

About the Position:

As a Junior Analyst with growth[period], you will work in a fast-paced environment and will execute a variety of research and project management tasks. Research duties will include researching local, regional, national, and international market conditions to determine potential sales of our customers’ products and/or services, conducting market analysis and competitive assessments to support strategic planning initiatives, and keeping up to date on industry trends of interest to our customers. Project management duties include participating in client meetings, tracking action items, and attending industry events. This role will also include supporting the ESGI Potomac Recruiting vertical, assisting with sourcing and other research activities as well as supporting marketing, events and business development efforts.

The work completed by our consultants is both internal and client-facing. You will work on projects directly in support of executives by conducting primary and secondary research and developing client deliverables, in addition to developing and supporting internal initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • B.A./ B.S. from an accredited college or university
  • Job experience in the consulting or federal contracting fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Qualitative and quantitative research experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and synthesize information from a variety of sources
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Deltek GovWin IQ, and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
